System Types                                                                                             

"Non-Elevated Bleachers" is a term used to  describe a ►
type of bleacher that when seated on the first row, your feet
are at ground level. Available in Standard , Preferred, and Deluxe Models.
 

  "Elevated Bleachers"  is a term
used to describe a type of bleacher that when seated on the first row, your feet are at the height of the  elevated front  walkway.  Several elevation heights are available. These elevations require entry stairs and front guardrail. A handicap ramp may also be required with ADA seating. more info...

"Low-Rise Bleachers" have a first seat height under  12" and  a  
 6" rise per row. They have a 11.5" anodized  aluminum seat plank as opposed to the standard 9.5" seat plank.   This system is designed to  meet most building codes without an aisle or rear guardrail.  This type system provides more bleacher seats at affordable prices. These systems are available up-to 4 rows without a guardrail system. A 5 row Low-Rise is available with the same features and includes a unique vertical picket guardrail that wraps around the ends of the top seat.  more info...

"Tip N' Roll Bleachers" have the ability to be tipped up onto their attached caster wheels and rolled away for easy storage. They feature an extension arm for easy tipping, 5"   non-marring caster wheels (rear wheels have a brake for securing movement when stored), rubber foot pads to prevent marring of indoor flooring and secure movement when in use and cross bracing on all understructure frame bays. A NRS exclusive outrigger is standard on all 4 row  Tip and Roll bleachers for added stability when in an upright position. "Transportable Bleachers" can be moved  from one area of the grounds to the next (5 m.p.h. max). This versatile system, available with 5 rows or 10 rows, is the perfect solution for adding seating where permanent year round bleacher seating is not required. Sharing Transportable Bleachers is an affordable multi-area solution. The Transportable Bleacher are available with an extra heavy aluminum understructure or a galvanized steel understructure. There is additional cross- bracing and added galvanized steel horizontal lifting braces on the front and rear of the understructure for added stability when when moving the system. Transportable Bleachers require a Transport Kit (sold separately) that includes a jack for lifting the system to insert the wheel assembly, the wheel assembly with attached axle, tongue assembly and removable tongue assembly brackets to secure the tongue assembly. A heavy duty Transport Kit (with built-in hydraulic jack and larger 14" wheels) is required for all 10 row and elevated systems.  more info....

Basic Bleacher Terms

"Single Foot Plank" is a term used to describe (1) 2"x10" mill finish aluminum foot  plank per row to rest your feet on  when seated.

"Double Foot Plank" is a term used to describe (2) 2"x10" mill finish aluminum foot planks per row to rest your feet on  when seated.

"Riser Plank" is a term used to describe a "mill finish" aluminum  plank that is mounted vertically under the seat and behind your feet to close the opening to meet building and safety codes.

"Rise" The vertical measure from the top of a bleacher seat to the top of the bleacher seat in the next row.

"Run" The horizontal measure from the front of a bleacher seat to the front of the bleacher seat in the next row.

Models

"Standard" suffix STD on the end of our model # refers to the bleacher system having single mill finish 2"x10"aluminum foot plank on rows 2- 3,  double mill finish aluminum 2"x10" foot planks and mill finish aluminum 1"x6" riser plank on rows 4 & up, double mill finish aluminum 1"x6" riser plank on top row only. ***Guardrails  are included on all systems with 5 rows of seating or more.
